Can Taurine cause headaches

Hi All,

As you probably know I am trying to open my methylation cycle to

process sulfur better. I have been experiencing sinus type headaches

lately(the same as I was getting from Chlorella). These are both

sulfur related.

Has anyone else experienced sinus type headaches will taking Taurine?

Hi, Sue. I haven't experienced any sinus headaches from taking

taurine (and lots of it - 3 tsps per day - about 12 grams!). If

anything, I've noticed a fairly immediate clearing for the most part

of my sinuses about 30 minutes after taking it and what I can only

describe as a healthier feeling - like my immune system has been given

a boost. I have constant sinus problems due to dysbiosis/food

allergies/leaky gut/etc. Believe it or not, I still wonder if I'm

taking enough!
