Guest guest
Hi Cort, A brilliant idea and much appreciated. I'm getting through the first one a little bit at a time. I was very interested to read about the reduced intramuscular collagen found in that one study. I have for ages thought I must have low collagen and have tried a few different things to improve it. Was the paper discrediting the Aussie researchers written convincingly (apart from the disparity you mentioned of the levels being significantly higher in PWCs)? PS There's a 'click here' in the para on the CFS research centre with nowhere to click. > > This new CFS newsletter will keep you up to date on the latest CFS > news and research (including the Paper of the Month) and plus patient > stories, etc. > > The first newsletter is it at the below link. > > http://phoenix-cfs.org/Phoenix%20Rising%20Vol%20I%20No%20I.htm > > To subscribe to the newsletter go the below link > > http://www.phoenix-cfs.org/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/Phoenix%20Rising% > 20subscribe.htm >

Guest guest
Thanks very much . I think the monthly focus will be interesting. There is alot going on in CFS research. We've recently had a really good string of papers published - hopefully that will keep up. . davidhall2020 <davidhall@...> wrote: Exellent, Cort. The fact that it's monthly can really add greater focus and velocity to the real time, day to day, discourse on this list, bringing a gelled synopsis from the recent highlights from here, recent published CFS research and perhaps highlights from recent quarterly or trimester CFS patient org. periodical articles that don't always seem to arrive on pace with proactive PWCs given the time lag between each one. You're providing a missing niche. BTW, the link you gave on this post for newsletter subscription sign up doesn't seem to go there when I tried it. <cortttt@y...> wrote: > > This new CFS newsletter will keep you up to date on the latest CFS > news and research (including the Paper of the Month) and plus patient > stories, etc. > > The first newsletter is it at the below link. > > http://phoenix-cfs.org/Phoenix%20Rising%20Vol%20I%20No%20I.htm > > To subscribe to the newsletter go the below link > > http://www.phoenix-cfs.org/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/Phoenix%20Rising% > 20subscribe.htm > This list is intended for patients to share personal experiences with each other, not to give medical advice.
