Guest guest
Does anyone know if heat kills mycotoxins? I am thinking specifically of when grains such as millet, quinoa, rice, etc are boiled; would the cooking process kill the mycotoxins? (perhaps the same questions could be asked concerning any food containing mycotoxins - such as mushrooms, etc: if they were steamed or cooked - does this make them safe sofaras mycotoxins are concerned?)
