Guest guest
Mel, my son and I used BHT prescribed by a DO that practiced complimentary medicine. We did not know we had lyme at the time. But we were using it for our HHV6, EBV and Mycoplasma infections. It was not expensive, about $10/bottle. And it was used as you said to work on the lipid coat of the viruses. As usual for me, it upset my stomach. My doc also suggested that if we had a hard time sleeping to take it all at once at bedtime. Otherwise, take it in split doses of 3 capsules twice a day. He also said to use it any time we came down with a cold or flu bug to shorten the length of time we were sick. > One more time: has anyone encountered the idea that BHT might degrade the > lipoprotein exterior of BB? The idea works with lipid coated viruses, e.g. > HHV6. Thx., Mel
