Guest guest
a, It's really great to hear that you are getting releif from the tendon pain. So it appears that high magnesium intake is helping, huh? As you may recall, I suggested some time back that it might be that the fluoride in the cipro had gone to the places where your tendons are anchored to bone, and reacted with calcium to form calcium fluoride, which is very insoluble. Magnesium fluoride is also very insoluble. I wonder if the additional magnesium is helping to exchange fluoride out of these regions. I think this is a very important observation, and that it might help a lot of people who have this problem from taking fluoroquinolone antibiotics.
