Guest guest
Does anyone know if there is a way to get around using a tilt table for Dr. Cheney's ICG (Impedance Cardiography Test) Protocol which requires 4 tilt table settings? I am having problems finding both pieces of equipment necessary for the protocol in the same office. Tilt Tables are an outpatient procedure done in hospitals, where there is no ICG equipment and Cardiolgists do not have tilt tables in their offices. Does anyone know what the 4 settings are? I had heard 30% and 70%, what are the other two settings and where can I access this information? According to Cardio Dynamics, the maker of the ICG equipment, Dr. Peckerman used 2 readings: supine and standing. It seems that unless Cheney found it useful to have 4 readings, he would not have altered the protocol. Thanks.
