Guest guest
I use a Chi machine which is a passive exerciser that rocks you vigorously back & forth for 15 minutes by your ankles & stimulates circulation & the lymph system
Guest guest
Rebounding stimulates the lymphatic system. It can be tough on the neck though. You can do your basic low impact aerobic moves on it. There are videos on line you can buy. You are better off buying a high quality one. the low quality ones do not hold their bounce, and are therefore tough on your joints. . Some models fold for easy storage. That infomercial company gunthy rither or something has a good deal on a high quality one with videos. You can catch the infomerical in the middle of the night. I use mine a lot. I minimize a lot of moves though because it hurts my neck.. not while I use it.. the next day. The ball... the physioball is great for a lot of different things too. It originates from physical therapy. They come with videos.

Guest guest
I need help w/my lymph system and remember Cheney saying to rebound. Does this help the lymph system? Is there a cheaper way to rebound other than buying a trampoline? I think I remember some ball or something else? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Suz
Guest guest
That is exactly what rebounding is said to do. I forget what they call the balls, exercise balls, I suppose. I got a decent one w. pump for under 20.00 on sale at a sporting goods store. Of course I never get around to it, but that is me. Guest guest
Hi Suz, I've used a therapy or exercise ball for that. You can get different sizes, and I got one that allowed me to sit on it with my feet flat on the floor for stability. So, hanging onto something solid, I gently bounced, while sitting on the ball. A nurse once told me that they had cancer patients sit on chairs and they'd put their feet on rebounders and the nurse would push on the rebounder to make the patients bounce, and she said it helped the lymph symstem. So, from that I figured it must not take much to get the benefit, IMHO. Laurie
Guest guest
Thanks for the replies so far, I found a mini trampoline at walmart for under $20.00. I will check on the other ideas also. has anyone noticed a difference? Meaning less painful/swollen lymph nodes..etc.? Thanks, Suz > I use a Chi machine which is a passive exerciser that rocks you vigorously > back & forth for 15 minutes by your ankles & stimulates circulation & the > lymph system > > >
Guest guest
Oh. When my lymph nodes are swollen, it usually means I need to be more dilligent in boosting my immunity: mainly more " c " and zinc. When I take enough, they go down again. Guest guest
I think I heard that those cheap ones are hard on the knees; too stiff?
