Most of the discussion on this list has been on supplements, and I

welcome a discussion on diet - a low glycaemic diet has been very

important to get me back on my feet again - more important than any

supplement I tried.

The last four months I have eaten an even more specialised diet:

mostly meat (allergic to fish and nuts, sadly) and fermentes

vegetables. These have made me be able to stop taking olive leaf

extract! I took 6 capsules daily for two years. Before that: diflucan,

nystatin etc - if not, I was living with pain and tiredness.

I think all of us here can gain from eating fermented vegetables

sometimes, although as much as I eat is propably not really necessary

for most! :-)

I use Vita Biosa as a starter, and that works fine, without a starter

it is less effective.

There are many different startercultures.
