Guest guest
Hi Yannic, I'm pleased to hear that you found so many things that worked well for you. The things you mentioned others have also reported helpful. I'm trying to do this gluten/dairy/soya free diet, but it is such a struggle. It seems very difficult when you do not have a family that understands the need for a special diet. Nevertheless, I keep on trying. Your good report is a great encouragement to keep on trying! I took 25 mg in the morning and another 25 mg around 1 or 2 PM. I know that 50 mg is considered too much for a woman but that is what I needed to get through the day. I asked some MDs and they didn't see a problem because I didn't have any side effects. After some time (I don't remember how long it was) I stopped with DHEA because I felt I didn't need it anymore. The good thing was that the improvement remained. Over the years I tried different supplements and some really made a difference (DHEA, vitamin E, octacosanol, melatonin...) but up to a certain point and then I stopped because there was no further improvement. But the progress that I had made remained in each case. The greatest improvement I experienced sofar came/comes from a gluten/dairy/soya free diet that we started in August last year. Goooooooood luck, Yannic
