Knowing what I do now about lyme, I'm sure you have it, maybe also babesia (the wa1 strain is in Santa Cruz area). As for Tammy and her Dad, Lou Gehrig's is sometimes (not always) misdiagnosed lyme. So who knows what Tammy has. Lyme and babesia are common in northern California. Especially if you were a runner in the woods. People don't want to believe this... And not only THAT!, but I remember reading speculation that metallo enzymes released during " emotional stress " directly stimulate cell wall deficient bacteria. People are SO quick to jump on the " Mind/Body " " Create your own reality " concepts. Stress didn't used to do this to people - it is not normal. I would prefer that researchers look for a physiological reason for this paradigm shift and leave the spiritualistic/metaphysical concepts to Wessely and the smoke blowing Shamans/Voodoo doctors. -
Guest guest
Tammys account of feeling like a voo-doo doll at the whim of some pain manipulator mirrors my experience with Lyme.
