Guest guest
Hola, some asked me what exactly is this circular breathing thingy. Please check: http://www.rebirthing.co.nz/ (What is Rebirthing) and then (Can Rebirthing heal disease) this newzealand based site explains it really best and easiest to understand. the basic principle is: It is vital to breathe high up into the chest, pulling up strongly and FULLY on the inhale and " letting go " on the exhale, neither blowing out nor withholding the breath, but letting the breath escape through gravity and the natural elasticity of the lungs. This breathing rhythm must be maintained for the full hour; one must powerfully resist all temptation to slow or stop the breathing, let it go shallow, or allow pauses to come between inhale and exhale. Also, for the full hour, the eyes are kept closed AT ALL TIMES; lastly, the breathing is done either entirely through the mouth or entirely through the nose. We greatly prefer the mouth (although some rebirthers suggest the nose). =========================== Please understand that during my first Ayahusca trip, I did not rebirth, and had real difficulties, especially in the first 20 hours of the very long trip. Journey number 2 and 3 were WAY different, because immediately after ingestion of the drink, I began rebirthing until the effects of the ayahuasca began to set in. And even for a few minutes into the trip. On my old website feel.ch/cfs I recommend rebirthing/breathwork as a free and strong method of 'general healing'. Nobody seemed to be really interested. Rebirthing in combination with Ayahuasca/DMT/antiparasitic could turn out to be a cheap and safe treatment protocol. But first we need more experience, especially with pure DMT, as it is not yet sure, whether the active agent was really DMT, or some of the other chemicals in the Ayahuasca! aloha so far fox
