Boron 3mg: 1st day experiences....

Finally the Boron arrived from Needs.com. I took 6 mg with no noticeable

effect. Laurie took 3 mg and was really hit hard by a herx-like within

30min, but not typical herxing effect. Her hormones were bouncing around.

Kid took 3mg and some 4-6 hrs later had a mild herx-like effect that was

very similar to Laurie’s, less intense and passed away.

The intensity of the reaction seems to correspond well with severity of CFS

symptoms. Laurie also had the most severe Vitamin D deficiency symptoms

while doing the unnamed protocol which *the model* suggests that Vitamin D

deficiency would cause the Boron deficiency as a cascade. Boron (and Vit D)

are needed by the thyroid.

Tomorrow, the other two are doing ½ capsule each (1.5 mg) – actually the kid

suggested 4.5 mg for herself, but we will do the lower dosages for them for

a couple of day and see what happens.
