Hi Mike,

WOW! 26 grams of sugar in plain yogurt? I'm going to have to check my

plain yogurt. Thanks for the heads up on this.

Interestingly, they recommend Lyme patients take yogurt daily (and

acidophilus)

Do let us know what the Biochem people say.

Kind regards,

Trudy

Trudy-

The yogurt that I was using until recently was plain but it

had 26 grams of sugar per serving!!! IMO, the best way to take

your whey is to do it w/ water or a minimal amount of whole milk,

followed by water for absorption purposes. I haven't checked my

email today, but if I hear from the Biochem people, I will post.

Mike C.
