Hi Blake,

How do you measure Zinc?

My serum copper levels were below normal last year and apparantly when

it starts to even show low it means we are already very depleted (much

like magnesium serum tests).

One good thing is that I no longer have white spots on my fingernails

since doing chelation last year.

thanks,

Nat

Nat,

What you say is about the difference between tissue and blood levels. Is

that correct?

I think there is one more variable that we need to consider in evaluation of

blood tests. As our blood is thick,Our actual values may be lower.

best wishes.

I use plasma zinc. There is some controversy over the reference range.

Levels should ideally be over 100.
