Guest guest
Hi Blake, How do you measure Zinc? My serum copper levels were below normal last year and apparantly when it starts to even show low it means we are already very depleted (much like magnesium serum tests). One good thing is that I no longer have white spots on my fingernails since doing chelation last year. thanks, Nat
Guest guest
Nat, What you say is about the difference between tissue and blood levels. Is that correct? I think there is one more variable that we need to consider in evaluation of blood tests. As our blood is thick,Our actual values may be lower. best wishes. Nil Zinc --> Blake > > > Hi Blake, > > How do you measure Zinc? > > My serum copper levels were below normal last year and apparantly when > it starts to even show low it means we are already very depleted (much > like magnesium serum tests). > > One good thing is that I no longer have white spots on my fingernails > since doing chelation last year. > > thanks, > Nat > > > > > > > > > > This list is intended for patients to share personal experiences with each other, not to give medical advice. Guest guest
I use plasma zinc. There is some controversy over the reference range. Levels should ideally be over 100. natellite wrote: > > Hi Blake, > > How do you measure Zinc? > > My serum copper levels were below normal last year and apparantly when > it starts to even show low it means we are already very depleted (much > like magnesium serum tests). > > One good thing is that I no longer have white spots on my fingernails > since doing chelation last year. > > thanks, > Nat > > > > > > > > > This list is intended for patients to share personal experiences with > each other, not to give medical advice.
