Guest guest
Hi Blake, Cold-water therapy has been used for ME and CFS in Europe for years. It comes and goes out of fashion. There is a clinic in the UK that uses it now (forgotten the name). One rich ME sufferer had a cold water pool installed on his yacht for this and made good progress. Personally I cannot tolerate showers at all but found cold baths very helpful until I had an accident. Then the pain from the accident sites became unbearable after my cold baths. I thought in my case that it might be the effect of the cold water on my blood circulation as I am much better energy-wise in cold winters as well. Worse in hot weather and with hot baths. Maybe it is a bit of everything as my viral symptoms are also much worse in the summer. I saw Leon Chaitow years ago in London and his CFS & ME knowledge was very poor. He did seem to be knowledgeable on general fatigue though. warmest regards, Annette ___________________________________________________________ ALL-NEW Messenger - all new features - even more fun! http://uk.messenger.
