Guest guest
I drink raw milk from organic, grass-fed cows now that I live in a rural area and can get it. Even though it's only legal to sell in stores in two states that I know of (CA and CT), you can find it in other states but generally must buy directly from certain farms. I have a friend who is running it to me. I got the address from www.realmilk.com I wouldn't say I'm much improved, but I love the raw milk. I have considered trying the colostrum treatment someone recommend on this list awhile back (which involves trying to get the cow to produce specific antibodies, then drinking the colostrum), but I'm not sure how I would do it. I really do believe the raw milk has therapeutic properties. Once I start drinking it, I really start to crave it, to the point that I would probably grab a glass out of someone else's hands to get some. Guest guest
Thanks for your and Ron's replies, I'm told this is from a small farm, and the young woman's mother has been drinking milk from the farm for months. I too am interested in the innoculation process -- injecting the cow with a small amount of one's blood so that the cow's milk has antibodies to the particular " bugs " -- but of course didn't do that this time. I've always tended to have a problem eating too much fat at one time (and I need to gain weight -- a catch-22) and since this is full-fat milk, I guess I'm going to try small amounts at a time. She got me a huge 2-gallon jar of it, so will have to freeze small amounts in ice cube trays or plastic bags. I read the freezing it will kill viruses that may be present... thanks dan > I drink raw milk from organic, grass-fed cows now that I live in a rural area > and can get it. Guest guest
Hi Sleepless, On a warm night with no heaters running I don't need any. On a cold night I take 2 at night. I wake up about 5 hours later and take 2 more. It funny how it always seems to wear off after about 5 hours. Ron Sleepless in Seattle <will_aka_sleepless@...> wrote: Hi Ron! How much Goatein IG do you take each day? Will in Seattle a.k.a. " Sleepless " P.S. Are you the same Ron who used to post as " salesman " ? = = = Original message = = = Hi Peggy, Goatein IG is goats milk colostrum. Its maded by garden of life. and is found in a lot of health food stores, or even cheaper on-line. I take it every night. It helps me feel stronger and I guess the enzymes get rid of some of the things that get me. Ron (Also I have been doing IVIG treatments. So far I have done 2. They have been a great help. I was so bad I would get sick in seconds when the heater turned on. Now I can stand it for hours. And hope to be able to return home to MI soon. ___________________________________________________________ Sent by ePrompter, the premier email notification software.
