ARBs and warfarin

The following 3 ARBs are not metabolized the same way, therefore

their interactions with other substances will be different. The

following litrature states that there are no interactions with

warfarin.

Olmesartan (Benicar) is not metabolized thru the livers P450 enzyme

pathways, so it's not suspected of reacting with any drugs that are.

It should be noted that Olmesartan has only been on the market for

about 2 years - so it's a new drug.... so it's a relative newdrug.
