hi nil years ago i couldnt toleaate magnesium glyacinate only 120 mg at

bedtime as it made my stomach hurt... i can take 240 mg now at bedtime

provided i use alot of water with each capsule... hope u find some relief

from your stomach issues. tealk

tea,May I ask you what problems you experienced with mg hydroxide?Mg glycinate

does not hurt my stomach at all. May be you can give it a second try. I am

actually happy with it.It is very absorbable.

Blake,yes,I checked that but the problem is it contains only 50 mg of magnesium

per tablet.We have to use so many of them to get high amounts of mg we need.

What do you think?

hi nil, my stomach didnt feel good on it ,i forgot the specifics and i did

try taking lower and lower doses till i realized it wasnt going to work for

me...i usually do well with liquid suppliments but not this one. i am ok

with mg glycinate and take 400mg nitely ... hope u feel better tealk

Most doctors recommend 400 mg of elemental magnesium or more. I

presonally take about 600-800 mg in two divided doses.
