I also was not helped, but hurt by it. In my case I'm completely

convinced it stimulated fungal growth. I don't know how, but it did.

For me it was definitely a no-no.

I too was not helped in by ambrotose. I took it for 6 months and at great

expense.

I took Ambratose for a year and did not help me a bit. wasted

thousands of dollars on it. The doc I was seeing at that time

recommended it. I used 4-5 bottles per month.

I too read all their literature, listened to their audio talks and

was impressed by the science. I regret the money spent on it. Wish I

had known about this group then.

PS: I hated the product packaging. The Ambratose plastic can was

quite big but the contents were just filled up 1/4. I guess it is a

marketing strategy.
