Guest guest
Rich, it was nice to see that a lay person like myself could read your report and not spend too much time doing so at that--thanks and good job! What I was wondering is for those of us like myself who have tried NAC, whey protein and IV GSH but found it did nothing observably good, how would you rate the other three deliver methods and how would they compare to IV GSH and to each other? They are: -suppositories (one friend of mine can tell the difference each time he uses one--so that is the gauge I am looking for--can I tell the same day as using it is what I'm looking for) -transdermal cream (kirkmanlabs.com) -and the latest I am hearing about, nasal (would this be the quickest acting?) Guest guest
RICH, No language can express my gratitude to you for the work you have done on CFS. AFter 15 years of this illness I am beginning to understand what could have been a factor in my CFS onset and what ensued thereafter. Thank you, martha
Guest guest
Thanx again, Rich. Maybe magnesium and glutathione could work synergistically. I really need the magnesium...improves sleep...also when I go more than a week without it (IV)...I get more of the lyme buzzing/twitching/pain back that I mostly haven't had in a few years because I use the magnesium regularly. But I skipped last week...and noticed it the last few days. Maybe it does have something to do with ATP, or just the nervous system itself. I have no idea. But it seems crucial. We'll be interested to hear if your paper sparks some communication among docs in the field...it would be nice to come up with a protocol for glutathione that involved different approaches...I myself don't like the denatured whey as you know...I never noticed anything from NAC, I do notice feeling different from the IV, during and for a few horus after. Guest guest
, If these methods of building glutathione did not have any effect for you, I think it would be wise to run a blood test for glutathione (www.immuno-sci-lab.com) to see whether your glutathione is in fact low, before trying another method. It may be that your glutathione level is normal.
