There is not a lot of info on this on the internet- except that it is used for skin conditions. Wellness pharmacy gave me this info: " Azelaic Acid is a non-essential fatty acid which supports immune function and promotes resistance to life-threatening conditions and environmental stresses. It probably works through its effects on membrane and sub-membrane function and supports cell-cell interaction which is central to immune function and regulation " I was told that Dr. Cheney thinks this might be similar to Kane's protocol for cell membrane functionality. The dosage is 750 mg 2 capsules 3 times a day with food. I read Carol's post and looked up my invoice again to see the pharmacy name and it did say wellness pharmacy.
