Doris,

Hi

I related to a note at your note. Dreaming problems. Last year I started to have

dreaming problems. This went along with my brain problems. My dreaming first

started to decrease and than I completely stopped dreaming.I was sleeping with

great difficulty. It was like fainting after long hours of not being able to

sleep and waking up with no dreams seen that night.I was wondering what the

reason is. Do you have any idea? This started to go away after I started taking

borage oil and very good quality honey with royal jelly and pollen inside

regularly but I again don't know why? Lately I can have some dreams even though

I can not remember any of them completely. Strangely constipation was also

accompanying this picture and it is also getting less.

Which part of the brain is related to dreaming?

Thanks

Nil

infections but am significantly more functional due to the lack of

fatigue. I also started dreaming and sleeping better immediately,

less constipation, and normal body temperature.

Nil,

Lack of dream recall can be a symptom of vitamin B6 deficiency. Dr.

Cheney writes that B6 deficiency is common in CFS and recommends the P5P

version taken in the morning.

Hi

It looks like Beta waves do the dreaming.

I remember you have weak adrenals. Have you tried thyroid? I can't remember.

It is just that constipation and lack of dreaming both get better when the

thyroid works.

Hi

Yes, it is from a compounding pharmacy. To be honest I don't know much about

it. My doctor called it in and the label just says the technical work for T3,

but my doctor talked about 's and mentioned time released.

To raise my bp, I use a drug called catapres (clonodine). It is very commonly

used for lowering blood pressure, but it regulates it so it raises it in those

of us with certain kinds of OI. I read about this in a CFS magazine about 5

years ago and have used it ever since. At the time I started bp was my primary

problem as my flu-symptoms had gotten better, so I was able to go back to work

because of it. I do it as a patch I change every week. But to be honest I have

told at least 200 people about it, plus postings to the group, and not one

person has ever told me they tried it. I don't get it but I am not to judge.

Maybe people can't find a doctor to prescribe it to them. I have had about 4

different docs over the years, and none of them had a problem writing the scrip

because it is such a common drug.

BTW I also am often hypercoagulated. I found that my bp went up also when I was

taking heparin to thin my blood.

Hi Doris,

Is this extended T3 from a compounding pharmacy?

Also, you mentioned that you were too weak from low BP and that you

corrected that. Can you please tell us how?

Thanks Doris for this info. This explains. So,beta waves probably were missing. My

thought process was not working properly during the day, too.

About thyroids.. No,I don't take any med for thyroids. I am way behind the

controls and tests I need to take.No energy lately. Can not concentrate on

anything new.I will keep this in mind though.

Thanks very much.
