Guest guest
I just got some stuff today called Friction. Its suppose to add 2,3DPG to your system. (in theory I'll be getting more oxygen.) If your interested or any one else I'll let you know what happens. Ron (About an hour ago I tried 1/8 teaspoon. Normal dose is 1 tablespoon. So far I feel a littler better but it could easy be wish full thinking.) Its distributed by: Global Nutraceuticals Clearwater, Florida (866) 332-2721 I have no choice and half to try something, if your not that bad I wouldn't try something, until at least a dozen or so have tried if for a long time and love it. Increasing Max V02 There are a few threads concerning diminished aerobic capacity, early anaerobic threshhold, 2,3 DPG, lack of oxygen, etc Besides Ampligen, has anything either anecdotally or clinical improved PWC aerobic capacity? Guest guest
Cheney suggested breathing exercises mentioned in Dr. Weil's books. I've been doing them for a couple years and my aerobic function is improved. These exercises raise your D PG 3,5 ? levels to that of a person living at high altitudes. Steve B. Guest guest
Hi Steve, I haven't seen a post from you in a while and I was wondering how you are doing. I remember that at one time, it seems you said that you were at about 80-90% of normal functioning. Are you doing that well now? Are you able to work? Just wondering because it seems as though you have been one of the most determined and thorough people here in your efforts to regain your health. How much of an improvement have the breathing exercises made--can you be active longer by an hour or more? I've always admired your discipline. Guest guest
Thanks Steve. I did stick with that for 3 months several years ago - may be not nearly long enough - a will give it another shot. (IIRC) I still recall the pattern of 4 seconds inhale, hold for 7 seconds, then exhale for 8 seconds Rgds, Lance There are a few threads concerning diminished aerobic capacity, early > anaerobic threshhold, 2,3 DPG, lack of oxygen, etc > > Besides Ampligen, has anything either anecdotally or clinical improved > PWC aerobic capacity? > > Thank you, > Lance > > > > This list is intended for patients to share personal experiences with each other, not to give medical advice.
