Guest guest
Off the top of my head, onions (the best source) and apples are good sources of quercetin. It's also found in tea (not sure which type), berries and nuts. Rutin is a type of quercetin. Lyprinol comes from green mussels off the coast of New Zealand, so it's a shellfish product. However, not all shellfish contain it. And most other green mussel extracts do not have the same anti-inflammatory effects as Lyprinol. There are several companies that market Lyprinol. One is Tyler. Another is Prevail Corp, which is somehow connected to Enzymatic Therapy. Lyprinex, under the Life Plus brand name is another. lindaj@... What contains Quercetin and Lyprinol? > Which plants contain Quercetin and/or Lyprinol? > > I think, stinging nettle contains Quercetin!? > > fox
