Hi Jen,

I found it helped my overall functionability. The extreme exhaustion

fatigue, Viral flareups & infections & the Fibro & mental ability etc. It got me

from

being bedbound to being able to shop & clean & cook & care for myself. Though

of course I have to rest a lot & be careful not to overdo it.

Hi Jen,

Start out slowly & build up the dosage. Just make sure you can monitor your

drip speed. Slow it down if you start reacting. That seems to stop the

reactions for everyone I know. I started out I think with 5 grams a week & am

now up

to 30 grams a week.

Good luck

C.J.

Hi, I found your post here--how do you feel the gamma improved you?

Thanx...also thx for the info on which brands helped the most or were

best tolerated.

Gamma Guard.

Thanx...how often do you do it? I am going to try it. I am a bit

nervous because my system tends to be reactive.

Hi,

I know you did not address this to me. But just wanted to chip in.

I did it every week for 3 weeks. And then my liver enzymes got very

elevated and my doctor wanted to stop it.

So you might want to monitor your liver enzymes while you are doing

this.

I think I did 20 gms per week.

take care

Gayathri.
