Neuroborreliosis is the medical term used to describe the

neurological disease caused by borrelia infection...such as Lyme

disease.

There's no easy answer for treatment. That's what we are all

striving for.

The pathogenesis is primarily from the fat-soluble bacterial

lipoproteins (BLPs) that are found in the outer surface proteins of

borrelia.

A comprehensive treatment is the most likely to be successful and

that should include:

1) Aiding the body in detoxifying and clearing the fat-soluble toxins

2) Controlling/managing the inflammatory & immune dysfunction

triggered by the BLPs

3) Address the infection to reduce the production of BLPs.

There's many treatment modalities in each of these categories. Too

numerous for me to mention here.

So, I'm a firm believer in a comprhensive therapy that addresses

several angles. There's not just one thing that will help with the

symptoms of hypoperfusion as well as a comprehensive approach.

There are some therapies that have more than one function...such as

hyperthermia or saunas...that can help improve peripheral

circulation, detoxify, reduce infection...etc.
