Headaches -- what works for me

My worst and most debilitating CFIDS symptom has always been

headaches. I can't tell you the number of tests and treatments I've

tried over the years without help. Thankfully, I've finally found 3

things (and now a 4th) that have helped me enormously, and I'm happy

to report that I'm now practically headache free after 40 years!!

Plus my brain fog and memory keep improving.

1) atlas orthogonal chiropractic -- a " special " form of chiropractic

that puts your head on straight, literally!

2) coffee enemas

3) B12

4) phosphatidylcholine/glutathione

Hope that's of help to others struggling with headaches.

Trish

P.S. And in line w/ some recent posts, the one thing

still " guaranteed " to bring on a headache is too much time at the

computer.

Strong black coffee (non-decaff) is my first port of call...

Lavender oil massaged gently into the temples.

Gentle tapping with the fingers around the eyes - wonderful!!!

IF any of those fail (rare) then codeine phosphate with a black coffee and

lavender massage!! Save the eye-tapping for later ;)

Kezzi. . . . Cumbria, UK

Aurora borreliosis - the Northern Light!!
