Health review of the year

I am happy to tell you all that I am a lot better off today than I was at

this time a year ago. (I am also a year older, and I am not enjoying that so

much, but like the alternative even less, thank you.)

My improvement is a result both of lifestyle changes, and some treatments.

Nothing novel in what I have been doing, but I want to mention what has been

working for me.

The first that comes to mind is my b12 injections. In recent months I have,

after over two years of use, been able to decrease the frequency of

injecting. Seems like I have reached a plateau, but if I get too

tired/stressed, brain still checks out. But at least my brain seems almost

up to speed. My memory is vastly improved this year. I also think I am more

emotionally balanced than I have been for most of my life, and I attribute

this to the b12, at least in the main. With my brain working better, I can

make my self-care more rational and effective-including understanding what

I am reading on this list!

I have a great deal more muscle strength than in previous years, and I

attribute this to the small, infrequent doses of homeopathic GH. I am

finding a very little goes a long way. I am looking forward to slowly

increasing my use of this. My muscles still get tired real easily, even

though I can exert more force than before.

I did not have any bladder or ear infections this year, but did struggle

with a couple of skin problems; a staph infection and an undiagnosed

inflammation, that would not completely resolve, however, they have both

made sudden improvement as soon as I switched the brand of whey I am using.

Whey generally has given me something of an energy boost, but as I am coming

to the end of my first can of Immunplex I can really tell a difference. I

feel really nourished by it, and my appetite feels much more balanced. It is

the third one I have tried, and how neat- it is the cheapest of the three!

I feel the Propax w. NT Factor is giving me energy, too. I am working harder

and more consistently than I did last year. (Alas, the profit I make from my

business-in-bed- just selling used books is all I mean-has not increased

because business is bad.)

I take bunches of other supplements as well, as a matter of course, but the

ones I mention here are those that really made a difference this year.

I have been having physical treatments throughout the year. One thing my

chiro does for me is keep my kidneys tuned. I get less water retention than

I used to. He recently treated me for sensitivity to mercury. That treatment

is not done, yet. I think I saw a change, especially mentally, (he said it

was most a problem in my brain,) but not as much as I had hoped. I am sure

he will want to retest me.

My massage therapist went back to treating me for whatever I can pay, so

those treatments have been helping, too. It flushes a lot of toxins, I

think. Sure feels good and I love the time I spend with her. She has been

massaging me for over a decade. I am glad she is done having babies for now.

She got so dumb for awhile.

Lifestyle changes have really meant a lot.

First of all, I was obliged to change my church affiliation and that turned

out for the good. A lot of energy has come to me through the new bunch I

associate with now, a lot of spiritual support. It is generally a more

suitable situation for me, where I don't feel so pressured to keep up

physically with the es. That means I don't go at all when I need more

rest.

Secondly, my household help has been much more consistent. Not real good,

(provided by the government, basically), but a lot better than the year

before. I do not have to fret and struggle so much to keep my life together,

although it is still usually teetering at the edge.

In recent months I finally figured out to cut back on carbs, increase salad

and just eat less, and that has made a BIG difference- in pain, distress,

difficult digestion, etc. I have even managed to lose several pounds, which

is a major miracle.

Paricipating regularly in this list for the first time has of course helped

enormously, and I am very thankful to you all.

Finally: I have a whole lot less joint pain, although ankles still trouble

me. Last summer I went to a religious conference on healing, was

specifically prayed for for joint pain, and it immediately got better. I put

away my cane! Since winter came I have not been quite as free, but still

maintaining most of the improvement.

I hope this report helps and encourages someone.

Thanks,

Adrienne

It didn't really have a name that I recall. The minister was Francis McNutt, 70+

yrs old, a former Catholic priest, now married. He has been in the healing

ministry for, I think, over 30 yrs. There was no fee. He, in his declining

years, has been limiting himself to teaching other ministers, but this was a

very special occasion he showed up for, in a small town near me.

As I listened to him, I realized he had been the mentor of the two brothers I

had learned most from about healing, and so it was like closing a circle for me.

Best of all though was the tremendous boost I got, joints in particular, as I

said, but also everything in my life going better.

Re: Health review of the year

Good news Adrienne. What was the religious conference on healing?

This list is intended for patients to share personal experiences with each

other, not to give medical advice. If you are interested in any treatment

discussed here, please consult your doctor.
