NO Soft drinks - very strong PHOSPHORIC ACID. Worst thing for us.

NO Lemons or other citrus. 2nd worst.

NO Aloe Vera you would leave on the skin or swallow.

Choose less acid foods. Pears instead of Peaches, Apples instead of

Oranges.
