interested in the Liver Flush you mentioned. I've been trying to

find out more about it for a while.

Do you ( or anyone) know if bile is the same as bile salts?

Because Allergy Research sells Ox Bile.

How much bile salts are taken with the 20 capsules of

phosphatidylcholine?

Is it all taken on an empty stomach, with water, right

before bedtime?

PS I read about other liver flushes that use olive oil and lemon

juice and recommend that right after you take it you pull your knees

up to your chest and lie on your right side. Different websites use

different amounts of lemon juice and olive oil.
