With newer versions of Windows... there is

a " Accessibility " option in control panel. Under " Display " Selecting

HIGH CONTRAST

with

High Contrast Black.... will produce WHITE TYPE on a black background.

See if that helps matter.

I have also found that dramatically increasing my use of raw oils -- flax,

evening primrose, and olive oil -- helped my visual problems, and I think this

could relate to neurotoxins. Also, there was an article in the CFIDS Chronicle

several years back on an ophthalmologist in CT who studies visual

abnormalities in CFIDS patients, and he was using an odd type of glasses called

yoked

prism (I think) glasses to treat some of the problems.
