Can't locate a very old product effective for burning eyes

When in my teens I had " hay fever " and " rose fever " and one of the

annoying symptoms was burning eyes.

A doc told me to get " Estivin " eye drops. Any pharmacy had it. It

was a tiny brown bottle and I remember that on the lable it said it

was " an infusion of rose petals. " It really worked, even though I

worried that rose petals would cause the symptoms. I knew nothing

about homeopathy nor do I know that it was a homeopathic remedy.

Currently via the web I searched for Estivin eye drops since NOTHING

is helping my annoyingly burning eyes. Nor can I connect it to

anything as trigger. Sometimes witch hazel compresses do help,

though.

If anyone knows where these original Estivin drops can be

gotten, please let me know though I searched and even called two local

homeopathic remedy stores.

Re the CRT vs flat panel screens. I don't know the physics of it and

that was posted here. I just got a new computer. I was given the

choice between the two, and do have a flat panel on a laptop.

But after doing a lot of discussion about it it was felt that I would

be more likely to get dizzy or feel " funny " in the head from the flat

panel that's larger than a laptop flat panel, especially after years

of use of the CRT. My new CRT is far, far better than my old one in

clarity, etc. I don't know what I would have done had I had the info

just posted on the relative dangers.

I suppose the wisest thing to do in this situation is to purchase a

quality filter for the radiation. They are costly though and right

now I cannot.

But re my eye burning , if computer use is a factor , I cannot tell,

though when I feel lousy ME-wise almost visual or energy taking makes

all my then-current symptoms worse. Including eye burning.

The product Claudio speaks of worries the conservative side of me. I

will stick with witch hazel compresses though drops allow you to

function and compresses me more time supine.
