BHT, Virgin Coconut Oil and Samento Drops...

I was only one I know who experimented by taking BHT. I ordered it and the

book from VRP and went at it for a month but noticed no difference. Worth a

shot I suppose. I did it b/c my EBV were sky high, although when I did PCR EBV

was not present so maybe that is why BHT did not work. BHT works best with

high fat content so I took mine at same time as coconut oil. You can also

dissolve BHT into the oil.

me. I will start taking it at night.

I took it once but couldn't remember why I was taking it. What is it supposed

to do? I am intrigued by the skin clearing up, because mine has been terrible

for the past year. Doctor says now it is rosacea but I think it is just related

to the CFS.

It sounds like of those who took Samanto untill month two success had

began to occur. Perhaps your Samento diary is really new and others

will have the same success by month two and beyond. Or did they drop

out due to side side effects? It hasn't arrived today but I hope it

will tomarrow. How much time between Samanto and other supplements.

Some others on the list may want to know.

From what I understand BHT is very effective on the Herpes family.

This may include things like HHV6, Epstein-Barr, HSV1, HSV2, and

sackie Virus. The theory is that it melts the cell walls. I've read

in a Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw publication that Psoriasis may be

caused by a Herpes family member. It is a rather large family. Now my

rash doesn't look like classic Herpes or Classic Psoriasis but it is

getting better by day 2. FRom BHT. BHT is also a potent anti

oxident. It was touted as a treatment for Genital Herpes back in the

70's but was shot down by the F.D.A.. It is still used extensively as

a food oil preservative.I think that it should help with many of the

co-infections related to Cfids. This time I will try to stay on it

for at least 6 months. It is slightly mood altering. Best to take at

bed time. May also help with sleep.

Hi Mike,

though not yet reported by more than two respondents in the Samento Diaries

those who are into month two are mostly experiencing less side effects (info

from various newgroups and mail lists). There is a huge variation in who

experiences side effects (and when) but on average after 28 days people

mostly have settled on a dosage that suits them and have overcome the

unwanted symptoms. NutraMedix are releasing a detox formula in or around

January 2004 to help alleviate the common 'bad' symptoms experienced in the

first few weeks. The Diaries have been quiet for a few days... I can't make

people report but after promptings we get a few reports coming in. It could

be that no one is expreriencing adverse effects after 1 month. Many like me

are into their second month now and I can't wait to see the results myself.

(The Diary has been running for just over one month).

The timing between taking samento and other botanicals or foodstuffs should

be around 30 minutes of separation - that helps it work at it's best and

keeps the nausea to a minimum as an added bonus!!
