Hi Somish

Do you take ProEFA or ProEPA by Nordic Naturals? I take ProEPA

because I had an extensive fatty acids test done and during my

consultation (with my CFS medical doc and the pharmacist) they rec'd

that I take a ProEPA capsule once a day with a lower emphasis of

flaxseed oil (because I may have been taking too much flaxseed oil).

I can't say I feel too much difference but at least I know I need

it

Hi Nat,

Can you tell me, quantitatively, how much is too much flaxseed oil? I

grind 2 tablespoons of flax seeds everyday and I'm interested in what your

fatty acids test showed.
