hi nat , i also take nordic natural pro efa recoomendd by my osteopath and

dont notice any differnence ..take one a day, also an immunshifter but i was

told not to increae it as upset my fatty acid ratios etc..

*** But we have to be careful .....the suppliment industry is becoming

like the drug industry, :they sell aggressively,( they call mds office like drug

detail people

the suppliment companys reach out to but alot of mds are becoing suppliment

savvy and selling products now ....),

the suppliment companys have ads in professional magazines and give great

discounts to new accounts( as well as finacial incentives for mds to recruit

other mds in some of the companys not all) so mds sign up more people and the

profit margin is 80-100 percent of what the md pays..great way to boost their

income....

but their are alot of people out their who do sell suppliments but only what

u need and dont push stuff to boost their income.,,,,they are trying to

assist helping u .

i am saying this from knowing people in the suppliment industry and having

had people who are health care professionals who treat me and are consultants

to suppliment industry....

its still in its infancy compared to drug industry in terms of marketing

etc.. but getting more organized in the past few years and some products on

the

market dont have any real rationale for being out their except to catch the

hot herb or vitamin or suppliment of the month be added to a new product so it

sells like hot cakes

yes , i take alot of suppliments still but alot less than i used to ....
