I was thinking that B1 caused it ..After reading your note I am now thinking it could also be because of B12.I waited for a week time to check if I would crash but I did not have a big crash within a week time.So,I continue with the injections.Do you crash after b12? How long does it take you to crash? Also what was your b12 dosage? Mine is 1000 mcg not 10000 mcg. Thanks Nil From: somish@...
