whats very strange is i take a multiple , b complex, vitamin c,

ester c, calcium/magnesium and flax seed and garlic every

day...with absolutely no problems whatsoever. so im not sure if

its that im sensitive to all suplements, if so wouldnt i be

sensitive to those things? they are all pills. also i have to admit

something that happened today with the msm reaction too, i was

gonna say it , but i decided to leave that part out of it till now, ok it

hit my stomach and landed me on the, well you know, (dang we

all use it dont know why im embarassed lol) anyhow as i was

using the..well you know, and while i was moving bowels (lol

sorry) i felt very sick....i dont know how to explain it...but like

hmmm like that flu feeling was getting stronger during that time ,

almost like i started feeling toxins and poisoned...does that

make sense??? has this happened to anybody else...thats when

it was at its worst (that feeling) i didnt know if i should stay there

and finish or go and try to lay down or go to the hospital...and all i

really did was cry and try hard not to freak out.....it felt awfull awfull

awfull...ok i had to be open about that...cause we all here are in

the same boat, if we cant be open here where can we be??? and

i just wonder what the hell was that?? or was it just another

strange thing that happened to only me...im so frustrated...i was

really hopefull the msn would be a big help....but not if its gonna

make me feel like im gonna die....i mean there is no way i can

take what i felt today again
