Minomycin[Minocycline] 50 mg + 100mg/dly) 100mg BD)# Rulide[Roxithromycin aka Biaxin] (macrolide) 150 mg. BD 4. Tetralysal (lymicycline) 300 mg BD x 7 days Flagyl/metronidazole ) 200mg BD) 400mg BD)# 5. Dumoxin [Doxycycline hydrochloride] 100mg + 50 mg dly) 100mg BD)# quinolone:ciprobay 250mg BD or maxaquin T nocte =Adjuvants = Vit B Cs, Acidobacillus, proton pump inhibitor dly or BD + nivaquine when RF, CRP, ANF Positive, used in between treatments.
