Guest guest
n, you said go to seaside and see how different you feel. I am around 10 min from beach in Wilmington even though I am so busy I don't feel like making time to go to beach yet. When you said seaside perhaps how long does it take at seaside to see if they feel better? I may go to beach here in a bit and just read (since late in day I don't have to worry about sunburn or suntan lotion either) there and see if I feel any better. I have been using the sauna at the health club and I swear I think it almost does certainly have a good effect on me, opening up my nasals for freer breathing. Today I noticed an infrarad light above the place and so I maneauvered locatoin and lay under that light and it felt really good compared to where I had been sitting previously with no infrared light and on the highest seat there (the highest level is highest temperature, whereas the level I lay under the light had deeper penetrating heat via the light and yet lower overall air temperatures). I was gonna do two separate posts about this but since the sauna does seem to help my nasal passages open and allergies constrict nasals I was wondering if sauna can actually help with airborn allergies somehow. Something to chew on.
Guest guest
, I don't want to speak for n, but I think it is about 8:00a.m. Friday in Australia. My guess is that one needs to be in a pollution/fungus free environment for at least 48 hours to determine if it will help. I would bet that n says 3-5 days or so. Once the fungus is *lodged* in your sinuses, it takes quite a while to undo. Same with pollution. Actually, it might be best, if possible, to go to the beach and do saunas to make the cleasing process quicker (thru sweating). All that combined with a stress free trip should make you darn near cured!!! Good luck Mike C. In , jseaton357@a... wrote: > n, you said go to seaside and see how different you feel.
