Sorry to email again but I hate when I hear that attitude. You guys have

been led into the belief by the old school system that there is no hope. But

there is. It is not easy finding what works but is a continuous journey. Take

the recent discussions of lyme and mold on this board. Who would have thunk

it? Remember, the end of the war is never known before it ends and your job is

to keep fighting it and slowly but surely winning. I can't say I'll certainly

win my war but I am still winning. I am doing yoga and light workouts and

even going out on dates on occasion. I knew 4 years ago that it had to get

better and it seems as though it is, so by improving I have already proven I am

winning. Keep that mindset and don't count out any new ideas that you didn't

formerly accept. Keep trying.
