Guest guest Posted June 20, 1999 Report Share Posted June 20, 1999 ......Thanks all....sorry.....I made a mistake in panicking because I've never NOT been able to distract/calm him down before....it seems I did the right thing by switching off all the lights etc/stimuli(maybe it was the paracetamol?)...as he is asleep now...he was shaking....I have never known my kid to be nervous....'stimmy' yes, but not scared out of his mind...I dont know what did it....I did everything from 'options' to 'teacch' to 'greenspan' to 'lovaas' to 'ABA.....NOTHING worked except us BOTH getting confused...I'll be prepared next time...you are right..he saw me panic too...(but only after everything didn't work!!!!).....thanks again for being there...Liz n .
