If you need a lot I do believe they sell it in bulk. The dosage on the info that came with it is 500mg per 50 lbs of body weight. So I started with 500mg at night about a week ago before bed and dont' see/feel anything yet from that dose. It is going to be very expensive to take it at the appropriate dose tho, as the bottle of 100 caps was nearly $50. (and I've gained a lot of weight over my CFS years).
