Guest guest Posted April 13, 2003 Report Share Posted April 13, 2003 paula if the CNS are not resistant to many abx, i believe he uses Bactrim DS, Rifampin and bactroban (cream put inside nasal passage). you should definitely double check this with his office. i can't be certain. also, if the CNS is abx resistant i believe he uses something called Staph Phage Lysate.. but please double check info thanks bill PS - i know that Bactrim can cause some pretty serious side effects. > Can anyone tell me what three antibiotics Shoemaker uses to treat coag > negative staph.
