Guest guest
hi all , two of the healthcare people treating me are using or starting to use policasonal to lower ldl levels(low density lipoprotein: a lipid(type of fat ) that if high is unhealthy for your systems arteies etc.).... I was told it would take 3 months of 10 mg policasonal 1x day which is the dose i took while,( some compaines suggest like thorn labs (on their product) 5 mg 2x day while others suggest 10 mg 2-3x day on their labels) my ldl values ( bad lipid type faction) went from 137 down to 111 ( 19 percent reduction), the 137 was one point from the end of the normal range and with a cholesterol of 204 and strong family history of cholesterol promblems plus an untreated hypercoagulation promblem( cannot get an md to treat me so have been using over the counter products) i was advised to lower it. It went down 19 % in over three months . Seeing as that i had no side effects from it when i usually react to everything and that over the counter suppliment is fairly cheap, it might be worth a try for someone with ldl promblems( low density lipoprotein= classs of lipid like hdl, triglycerides , ldl, that can become elevated and cause promblems for suspecitable people in your circulatory system. * note if u decide to try this : make sure u are using a product from sugar can wax not beeswax like some companies are selling, bees wax policosanol doesnt do anything for your lipid levels ) the orginal studies were in cuba that started this. somish
