Guest guest
Ken, Thank you very much for your investigation | Q: Are you taking grape seed extract or low dosage aspirion (same | effect)? If not, take some and see if it reduces the craving. I was not. I started grape seed extract today. We will see what happens. Actually my cat gave a birth. I have some allergic reaction to cats and having 5 cats in the house might have increased my inflammation. | | O: It is rich in protien. | Q: Do you have digestion problem with meat protien? Are you taking | non-denatured whey? If not, take some and see if it reduces the | craving. No,I am quite fine with meat protein in these days. | O: It is rich in Oleic Acid according to | http://www.bulkmsm.com/DMG/web12.htm | " DIETARY FACTORS THAT SUPPORT Th1 CYTOKINES " | Q: Other sources are olive oil. Do you use Olive oil (ideally organic | from early pressing) on salads etc. If not, try using olive oil more | and see if it reduces the craving. I do use lots of olive oil. I was also wondering that. Does it contain the same type of fatty acid as olive oil does? I have been using flax oil for the last year at a dosage of about 4 grams per day and I lately started taking fish oil(since a month)I was wondering if this craving had anything to do with these. I might have acumulated one type of fatty acid from flax seed and I might be in need of the type hazelnuts have.Or the fish oil I take might not be the correct one for me.I also have started decreasing the fish oil. I also had heavy antibiotic usage before my craving started and I am not supplementing trace minerals. I only take magnesium, zinc, calcium, molybdenum and selenium in addition to my diet. I wonder if this could be because of a need for specific mineral other than the ones I take? I have viral activation in these days.I don't know if this is because of antibiotic usage or because of eating hazelnuts a lot. Don't know if viral activation is the cause of my craving or the result of it?Would hazelnuts help with viral activation or would they increase it.I think this is something related to arginine/Lysine ratio. I don't have the necessary background to evaluate its arginine/lysine ratio. Too many variables to check as always:) Will try to do my best to find out. I,like you, use my cravings as means of determining my needs. Thanks so much. Nil
