Toxoplasma & Ameba histolytica

I recently took the " Expanded GI Panel " (stool and saliva)tests from

Diagnos-Techs Labs. I tested positive for Toxoplasma Ab, SIgA

and " detected " for Ameba histolytica Ab, SIgA; both from saliva

testing. Total Intestinal SIgA (stool) was " <31 " . Does anyone know

if these tests are reliable? If they are reliable, any suggestions

on which medications I should take or avoid? Any natural remedies?
