Rich, as you may recall I followed Poesnecker's protocol starting June 2000.

Did Baschetti's licorice, ACE and the Mil Adregen glandulars and did not find

befefit in his protocol after following it for about 6 months and so quit. I

did bee venom therapy late Aug and continued until week before Christmas--4

months--and if there is anything that is supposed to stimulate cortisol

production it is BVT and yet when I quit doing BVT I did not get worse but in

fact got even better. I posted many times on here that I was working out 1-2

times week over last several months and then it got to 2 times consistently

and then two weeks ago I did 3 full workouts in one week period which was a

record for me. Anyway, if my CFS was due to adrenal exaustion as Poesnecker

said then wouldn't BVT really exaust my adrenals and then I'd crash after

coming off the BVT?

Btw, being in Lauderdale hooked me up with a doctor he knew of in

Miami so I can get chelation for decent price and continue my DMPS protocol

of one treatment ever 4 weeks. I talked to the doc Thur and he told me that

11 treatments is not too many as I think he said it takes 13-15 treatments.

It took 9 treatments to cut my Hg nearly in half. I haven't worked out in

almost two weeks now due to moving to Miami and so now I think I will return

to Bally to have workout and try to get back into it slowly. I have

community lake in my back yard and so I make it a point to jump in and swim

every single day--swimming is such a wonderful exercise for me. I can't say

exercise is THE key to getting well but I think it goes hand in hand with

getting better in the sense that as one gets better they need to do things to

get their body into moving around, stretching and moving lymph. The hard

part about exercise is it took me like 3 years to learn to not overdo it

which always led to exercise intollerance induced crashes that lasted for

weeks. Now days I just take it easy and only add on very gradually and

listen to my body the next couple days.

How do you know that BVT stimulates you and drive the conclusion that you

would crash afterwards if your adenals were exhausted?May be the reason you

felt fine with it was not the stimulation but it helped you in some ways.

Thanks.
