I have very low blood pressure. Usually in the 80s. Oddly, since

starting i.v. abx, it's been reading around 110??

Dr. Poesnecker does not support its usage unless morning cortisol values are

low. So things seem to be complicated.

Could this be becaus abx have stimulating effect on adrenals for some

reason?Any ideas?

Donna,

Could you please describe what symptoms you experienced due to alcohol

intolerance?I have problem in interpreting my body's signals. Sometimes I

have a problem with a supplement. I don't feel well with it but I can not

pin point what the problem is.I also was not so comfortable with Biomax ACE

but I can not name what the problem is. I will use your description of

problems to have better understanding of mine.

AFAIK there are some products like Isocort which contain adrenal cortex

extract but I am not sure if they contain the right amount uniformly.

Sublingual form should also be better absorbed.Sub-adrene is twice as potent

as Biomax ace. I use five drops of it instead of 8 drops of Biomax

formulation.I am more comfortable with it.

AdrenalCortex Fractions is adrenal glandular product of Phyto Pharmica. It

does not supply adrenal cortex hormones so it does not do the job adrenal

cortex extracts do. It supports regeneration of adrenal tissue.So,they work

in combination.While adrenal cortex extract allows adrenals to

rest,glandular helps it to regenerate itself.

That's me. Morning cortisol levels low. I only found licorice

minimally helpful, but when you feel like you-know-what, you take

anything we can get.

Penny,

I also find licorice root tea only minimally helpful. But sublingual

adrenal cortex extract (ACE), Isocort (pill form of ACE), and L-

Carnitine seem to be much more effective at raising my blood pressure

and alleviate fatigue and chest pains in the morning, and throughout

the day.
