EBV results in following BHT usage went up!

Those who have followed my earlier posts know I tried BHT to see if it would

indeed strip EBV, a herpes virus, of its outer lipid layer and thereby make

it vulnerable to the host's (that's me) immune system. Well, maybe it works

for other herpes viruses and maybe EBV in others but it didn't help with me.

My nuclear antigen IgG was still >200 (>20 is pos) and in fact the VCA IgG

went up from 32 to 56 (>20 is pos). Maybe as a puts it, they're eating

this stuff for lunch! I have a prescription for Valtrex though that I can

use if I want. Anyone here used Valtrex and saw their EBV go down? Please

share experiences. I have already tried high dose lysine but stopped b/c I

felt worse.
