Guest guest
This week I was diagnosed with Late Stage Lyme by PCR. (If you don't know, that's the DNA test seen on TV to convict criminals. I saw an Ear, Nose, & Throat specialist today who didn't) The convicted criminal in this case is B. Burgdorferi. Late Stage Lyme is like late stage syphilis, only harder to kill. But what helped me get through the year? 4500mg Efamol EPO recommended by Dr. Les Simpson put an end to an 18 year depression last February. I had forgotten what it was like not to be depressed. Immunepro/Immunovir/IP-6/MSM- My immune system is functioning again. Instead of pneumonia like twice this summer, I had a runny nose cold last month. GABA - At night, it helps me sleep. During day, as needed, it dampens high cortisol. But most of all, you, on this list who help by sharing new ideas. This list got me out of bed in 2000, and after 24 months, most days I actually get out of bed and accomplish something, even if it is just reading the papers. Some days I go to the store or doctor. Not much you say. I was bed bound for many years, this is freedom! Thanks to all. Happy Holidays. Beck
